In the event that a course is canceled due to a fault of Mass Codes, all fees will be returned within 15 days from the date of cancellation or students shall be given the choice of attending the course at a later date.  
 
In the event that a course is postponed for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather conditions, students shall be given the choice of attending the course at a later date or a full refund minus a $20 (Twenty) Administration Fee will be refunded within 15 business days.  
 
If a student is unable to attend a course or cancels the registration, either a full refund minus a $20 (Twenty) Administration Fee will be refunded within 15 business days or a full credit for another course of the same value will be honored.

Mass Codes is a continuing education company, providing knowledge in the specific area that the course is being offered in the construction industry. Mass Codes has researched all course material to the best of their ability making no claim that all amendments and/or errata’s, or changes in codes are covered in certain courses . Any changes from courses being taught will be sent at the best of our ability electronically to participants. At this time, Mass Codes is not approved by the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards.
